A marketing workbook built for a town of 600, not a city of six million.

Most marketing workbooks assume you've got

endless new customers to chase.

Yours isn't one of them,

and that's not a weakness, it's the whole strategy.

The Small-Town Founders' Workbook is a free, printable guide that walks you through your brand, your ideal customer, and a content plan you can actually keep up with. It also includes a page you won't find in a generic marketing template: a hard look at the relationships already sending you business, the local rooms you need to be in, and the connections worth reaching back out to. Because in a small town, that's not networking. That's infrastructure.

Meet Molly

I'm Molly, I'm a marketing coach and consultant, host of The Found Podcast with Molly Knuth, and a self-proclaimed business architect in Cascade, Iowa (population about 2,500), where I also help run a cattle operation and raise four kids.

I spent nearly a decade running a marketing company for small-town businesses before I started working one level up: strategy, and the belief that the strongest businesses don't outgrow their communities, they help build them.

This workbook is the same thinking I bring to every client, just in a format you can start tonight.

Life can be pretty beautiful.

Sometimes you just need a little help making it that way.
